A decade-old institution was entering a pivotal moment. NOEW was moving to Loyola University's campus with a new partnership, requiring a strategic shift to broaden reach while preserving its entrepreneurial soul.

I led comprehensive marketing strategy and execution to guide NOEW through this critical transition:

  • Utilized the event’s four content pillars to guide programming and audience navigation

  • Orchestrated earned media strategy generating 75M+ impressions across local and national outlets

  • Executed integrated digital campaigns achieving 33.2% site-wide conversion rates

  • Built strategic partnership program spanning 33 venues citywide

  • Managed multi-channel paid advertising reaching 2.6M+ impressions with 41.5% Instagram conversion rates

The Impact

NOEW 2025 exceeded registration targets at 105% of goal while successfully evolving the brand.

The campaign attracted 56.5% first-time attendees, secured 30 sponsors, and created a sustainable growth blueprint that honored the event's heritage while expanding its educational mission and community reach.
